The Catholic Church in Timisoara and the Metropolitan Cathedral is the largest religious edifice in Timisoara, Banat Metropolitan cathedral of the patron "Three Hierarchs".
It was built between 1936 and 1940 and is a genuine symbol of the city. The architectural style of the cathedral is so unique and unusual for a place of worship also ortodox dimensions. It combines tradition with the religious Byzantine Romanian-Moldovan.
